Exchange & Refund Policy

At Foodvera International Trading Company W.L.L., we aim to ensure customer satisfaction and product quality.

Our exchange and refund policy complies with the regulations of the Kuwait Ministry of Commerce & Industry (Law No. 39/2014).

Eligibility for Refund or Exchange
Customers may request a refund or exchange within 14 days from the purchase date, subject to the following conditions:

  • The original invoice or proof of purchase must be provided.
  • The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
  • The product must be returned in the same condition as delivered.

Defective or Damaged Products
Products may be replaced or refunded if:

  • The item has a manufacturing defect.
  • The product does not meet mandatory health or safety standards.
  • The product was damaged during delivery.

Non-Returnable Products
Due to food safety regulations, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Fresh food products
  • Frozen products
  • Perishable goods
  • Bakery items
  • Products that have been opened or partially consumed

Refund Method
Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used during purchase (credit card, debit card, or payment gateway).

Processing time may take 3–10 business days depending on the payment provider.
